Presentation & Aims
This event is been organized by GAEGH‘s team of GDG Yaoundé; GAEGH stands for Google App Engine, GWT & HTML5. Its aim is to present these technologies to students and computer curious and to provide to them the basics of development in these technologies.
We will therefore provide to participants in addition to basic training on these technologies all necessary documentation, useful links and tools to develop better applications.

Content of training of February 02, 2013
Thecourse contentwill include the following:
- Installation of the environment
- Creation of projet under Eclipse
- Use of « UserService » service
- Use of JSPs and data storage
- Creation of a graphic interface using GWT
- Update of interface using GWT
- Upload an application on Google Site
The Hackathon
The Hackathon will firstly consist of an evaluation of the participants’s knowledge, and then a practical phase. At the end of the hackathon, the three best applications beings will be rewarded. For the rewards we wish that you sent us books on those technologies. And the winners will be able to deepen their knowledge.

Cet évènement est organisé par l’équipe thématique GAEGH pour Google App Engine, GWT & HTML5 du GDG Yaoundé. L’objectif visé par cet évènement est la présentation de ces technologies aux étudiants et informaticiens curieux et de leur fournir les bases pour développer dans ces technologies.
